Born to parents in the Hollywood film industry, Diva's creativity flourished at a young age. By l3, she was working at a popular Los Angeles salon and, shortly after, opened her own location in Sydney, Australia. Success came quickly - the famed Bicentennial Parade’s Princess Diana Wool Collection, held at the iconic Sydney Opera House, was one of Diva's first internationally recognized events.
Today, Diva is Creative Director of Diva International, a Sebastian flagship salon, and one of San Francisco's premiere style hotspots. Together with her husband, entrepreneur Andrew Poulos, they head the thriving creative studio in the heart of San Francisco.
Famous for her passionate, collaborative approach, Diva's talent has continued to attract even the most cutting-edge artists in the field. Working closely with Sebastian's original founder, industry icon Robert Lobetta, and with top artists around the world, she has consistently created timeless storytelling through revolutionary style. Involved with the positioning of Sebastian's top brands, Diva has helped bring star-studded events, studio education, photo shoots, and numerous products to life through spectacular global launches and appearances.
Diva has worked with celebrity chefs, ambassadors, executives, politicians, media celebrities and high-profile personalities, commanding a loyal following of famous fans. Her trademark creations have graced red carpet launches for Sex in the City and Hairspray, runway shows for Chanel, Christian Dior, Lacroix, and D&G, and events like San Francisco's On the Square and New York's notorious Fashion Week*.

The foundation of a great studio begins with an all-star creative team. A style collective, the studio's artistic group defines the direction, executes the vision, and guides the client. At Diva International, we have an open-door policy to talent - our entire style team is available to you. Every skill level, every day. Book a reservation and reserve some time with an artist.
Under the style direction and guidance of the lead creative director, our artistic team is responsible for the inner workings of the studio and brings the latest industry trends and personal, individual talents to events - locally and around the globe.
Get to know the entire range of what’s available to you. When you work with our artists, feel comfortable knowing they have been trained with our top directors - certified and well-versed in the art of personal style.
STUDIO TIERS

DESIGNER
A licensed cosmetologist who is starting their certification process. Designers perform basic styling services and work with base colours upon approval from the Creative Director, Diva Poulos, and her assigned Directors and team members.
*Designers are not certified to perform service consultations unless accompanied.
MASTER DESIGNER
A licensed cosmetologist who is certified to perform some services and is approved by Diva International and its directors. A Master Designer must be certified to perform women's haircuts and hilites.
DIRECTOR
A licensed cosmetologist who is fully certified to consult and perform all services and conduct guest consultation approvals. A Director also facilitates education. Coach, Mentor, and Liaison(s) to Diva, studio Directors are educators themselves, and may handle all services within the studio.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Diva Poulos is the head Creative Director for Diva International Salon. An International Artist for Sebastian and P&G Professional, her work is celebrated world-wide in the fashion industry.
In the Salon, she is Mentor, Coach, Leader, Owner, Editorial Stylist, and, additionally, a licensed Cosmetologist by The Australian and USA Government!
